Our MD Tom was asked to join a panel of speakers at Sky Broadcasting in London today in support of #timetotalk Day. Sky have already been doing some great work around employee wellbeing (we’ve trained around 160 Mental Health First Aiders there for Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England over the last few months). Today was a great way of highlighting mental health in the workplace and how by talking, we can break the stigma associated with opening up about how we feel. #timetotalk #mentalhealth #londonbusiness
