Who do you trust with your future home? Do you trust the Government that has sat on Home Inspector licensing for almost 3 years? All the recommendations made by professional as to how an inspection should be performed. Do you trust the Realtor that is getting you a last-minute inspection? How about the Realtor that says the home is inspected to the 5 point standard? (BTW it doesn't exist for a home inspection) Do you trust the realtor to pick your home inspector without you researching the inspector? Do you trust the home inspector who is the cheapest? Did you find out if the Home Inspector is Certified by a Canadian Home Inspector Association? Do you trust the inspector who has completed the inspection in 60 minutes or the one who even has the inspection and report done on-site? A lot can be missed!
