What is a Persona?
In order to better understand the Customer Journey, the Landing Page of our website, and other related factors about who is using our website and why, it is best to begin by building a Persona.
Personas are fictional characters that you create based on your research to represent the different types of users who might use or purchase your service, product, website or brand in a similar manner.
In marketing, a target audience is a certain number of market participants who react to communication policy measures more homogeneously than the market as a whole.

Influencers or multipliers
Plus, there are generations:
Gen Z, iGen or anniversaries: born 1996 and later = „Internet“
Millennials or Gen Y: Born 1977-1995
Generation X: born 1965-1976
Baby Boomers: Born 1946-1964

We can use Data sources: we need not create purely fictitious Persona. We have our – CRM, website analytics, social media, trends …
