Following training and our assessment as to whether candidates are a good fit for our store, hourly pay will increase at a rate commensurate with performance. Pay rate can be negotiated prior to being hired but not guaranteed until after your performance assessment. Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting customers in a retail setting. Operating a Clover cash register system to ring sales. Opening and closing the store when work hours permit. Maintaining store appearance- including straightening up, dusting and sweeping or mopping. Pricing and restocking merchandise on shelves and displays as requested. Occasional errands. Occasional projects involving inventory. Qualifications: Positive social skills are a must. We are seeking friendly upbeat candidates. Prior retail experience or decorating background preferred. We are looking for an organized, reliable, and motivated self-starter ready to jump in and join our team.
