I have a few thoughts.
If someone is interested in my age and not my value, we are not the right fit.
If I can't convey my value, then I won't attract the right fit.
People who are 10 years older or younger (typically) are most likely to relate to my value.
I want to convey my energy, not my wrinkles.
I want to deliver results, not compliments.
I want to empower people of all ages, backgrounds, faith, gender, ability or experience to acquire work attraction skills, not just work completion skills.
I would like to help decision-makers identify what they really need and focus on the difference between what is essential and what is nice to have - 60% skills, 40% attitude can create a great fit.
