An office assistant is a member of staff who performs various administrative tasks in an office. The duties of an office accomplice can correct depending on the type of thing and size of the company, but they typically append answering phones, responding to emails, handling customer inquiries, preparing documents and reports, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments.
