The Fine Print: We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or step stool. Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2 step step stool.
Some homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand. We do not offer chandelier cleaning.
We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning due to excessive build-up.
Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
Cleaning is by appointment only. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your cleaning. If canceled the day of your scheduled appointment there is a $50.00 late/cancellation appointment fee. If we are unable to gain access to the home/apartment/building or are turned away at the time/day of cleaning, there is a $50 fee.
De-cluttering isn’t included!! Please be sure to remove all clutter off counters etc. for your cleaning appointment.
There is a pet fee for basic, deep, move in/out cleanings that covers the following: pet hair swept/vacuumed up, cage removal cleaned around, pet toys picked up and put away, poop on floor, pet urine, saliva, etc…..
