Looking at Installing a Smart Thermostat? Wi-Fi thermostats allow you to check and change the temperature of your home from anywhere with the use of an app from your smart device. These types of thermostats are becoming a customer favorite and are a great tool to help control your home’s temperature while you are away. Nest has become a popular smart thermostat that we see customers installing themselves. If you are installing a new Nest, we suggest you make sure to have a C-Wire or Common Wire installed. The C-Wire allows the thermostat to have a constant power source. While smart thermostats can run without the C-Wire, it can cause your compressor to short out requiring unnecessary repair costs. Having trouble installing your smart thermostat? We can help! We install customer supplied thermostats so if you need a hand, give us a call.
