Well another busy Friday for our team here at Brisbane Removalists. Typical Friday, I have had 3 customers call already today and ask if we could move them today as the removalists company, they booked had let them down. The 1st client had a booking for 7am with lifts booked at the new address at 9am. They were promised from 8am that the truck would arrive in 45 minutes. This continued for hours only to finally advise they would arrive between 4-5pm? The 2nd client had a booking for 10am and was finally told late in the afternoon the move would be rescheduled to Sunday morning. Not much help if you have to be out today! The 3rd client who luckily, we were able to assist had a booking for 6.30am today. Finally, at 2pm they were told they would complete the move on Sunday. Yes, all with the same company! Unfortunately, I hear this story at least once a day. Wish I could name them. Before you book any removalist company please do your research. Long after the fancy advertising and cheap rates get you in this is what actually happens. Or simply contact Brisbane Removalists and our professional removalists will take care of your move. We even turn up when we say we will.
