Covid 19 Update! I for one am not performing home in-person inspections at this time. The Covid 19 outbreak is serious. Several Realtors are not taking on home sales or physical interaction with people at this point in time. How long will it last? No one knows that answer, it could be weeks or months? To me, it is simple for buyers and sellers. Buyers need to wait this out unless they have to move. I recommend that sellers have a pre-listing inspection. A great inspector can do the inspection with no one home and wear protective equipment so that nothing can be contaminated. If the inspector is again, really good he can take video during the inspection and pictures to provide a report that doesn't touch human hands. The Realtors are also able to provide videos online. I can also use video conferencing for sellers and buyers to explain any issues that are revealed. Thinking about you and your safety are my concerns! We will get through this!
