For me, I have created a values-based decision-making framework (because we all have so many choices we can make) so if an ‘opportunity’ appears, I see if it is aligned with my values and if so, I nearly always say yes. If it doesn’t align, I will definitely say no, regardless how good the ‘offer’ is.
