#MardiGrasDinner on the Train! 🎭 You are invited to go to our Mardi Gras Dinner (dressing up is optional) which will feature our Executive Chef cooking a meal inspired by New Orleans! This event will be available for two nights, on March 4th (Friday) and March 5th (Saturday). This dinner experience starts with two featured cocktails and appetizers (Boudin Balls & Cajun Crawfish Bread bites!) at 6:00 PM in the retail room. Seating on the historic train car at about 6:45 - 7:00 PM with a four-course dinner planned: A Mardi Gras salad, followed by Creole Turtle Soup, and the main course will be Chicken and Andouille Gumbo with an Eggplant Pirogue (shrimp). The dessert will be Bananas Foster, followed by a special tasting or two in our barrel room and a private question and answer with the owners.
