Visual molds can be seen by the expert eye. Swab sampling allows the inspector to know whether the molds visually seen are translated into an airborne levels that warrant remediation or restoration. Sometimes, simple NACDA certified duct cleaning may solve the issue. Some cases, physical removal with and exploratory approach may be necessary. This can be established with various sampling techniques and a well rounded knowledge of building structure and thermal dynamics of a healthy living space.
