Update to our available property showing and property listing process: All vacant home shows are now conducted via zoom; this allows prospective residents the ability to safely personally tour any of our vacant homes without any direct personal contact. Showings can be scheduled online up to 7 days in advance for all of our vacant homes. For upcoming listings, unless authorized by the property occupants (either the outgoing residents or the property owners) these cannot be seen in person but they will be listed one to two weeks prior to them being available and showings can then be scheduled up to 7 days in advance For any showings at an occupied home, these will be conducted with an APS team member, who will work within the CDC guidelines, wear a mask and maintain social distancing, etc. We also request that the current occupants vacate the property for the duration of the showing.
