How Do We Get Your Floors Looking This Good?
The First Step is Stripping of Old Wax and Ground in Stains
Scrubbing pads are employed, along with a stripping agent to remove all the finish.
Wet Cleaning follows
All traces of dissolved finish and dirt are mopped up and then rinsed. This is a pain-staking process since any dirt or grit left behind can scratch the surface.
Dust Mopping is Next
This removes remaining grit from the floor and eliminates the chance of them being caught in the polishing pad and damaging the floor.
The Wax, Polish, and Burnish Steps
Our trained and experienced operators are well versed in floor machine techniques, ensuring picture perfect results. Long, even passes of the machine at a moderate speed are used. This will keep floor finish even while it keeps the machine from sitting in one spot and building up heat from the friction.
We Don't Skimp on the Pads
It is too easy to push a pad beyond its useful life-span. But when worn and caked with contaminants, the finish suffers. Also, the texture of the pads used for different phases in the process changes – saving the softest for the final coat.
Final Touch: A thorough dust mopping to pick up the super fine particles that are created by buffing. This keeps the air clean.
