Dear Auckland / Tāmaki Makaurau Over the past few years, the Cotto team of chefs and front-of-house staff have been grateful for what we have built, especially, the support and trust we have grown with all our customers. What was shaping up to be a fantastic end to the 2023 took an abrupt turn as the owner/investor failed to fulfil his financial obligations. This resulted in the Cotto staff being locked out, suppliers not being paid, our staff not being paid and our inability to accommodate all of you. We, the chefs and the front-of-house team, are so sorry that you were totally let down with your Christmas bookings and events. Also to our suppliers who have supported us but were also let down.
